State hospital inpatients, without family support during their stay, are provided with basic toiletries , hygiene, and recovery aids, as well as items of donated clothing while in hospital - from new baby grows and baby blankets, to adult replacement clothing after a trauma. Occupational therapy departments are given toiletry and recovery items to assist patients to return to full function after surgical procedures, head injuries, burns, and strokes.

Clinic outpatients receive clothes, blankets, toiletries, and toys to incentivize them to attend vital clinic health checks and support groups.
